Joe Albero has been arrested following an investigation by the Maryland Comptroller's office. Albero was served with his criminal arrest warrant this morning. Details are sketchy. Surely, more will be disclosed here as they becomes available. Kudos to Peter Franchot's office for a job well done. Oh, the Karma is sweet!
